現今數位時代中，資訊傳播科技早已融入日常生活的各種面向，面對層出不窮的網路攻擊，新興科技所帶來便利的同時，亦伴隨著新的資安威脅與挑戰 ，網路攻擊儼然已成另一種虛擬戰爭，影響範圍小至個人生活，大至國家安全層級，面對此不斷變化的科技情勢，正需要理念相同國家一起針對此不斷變化的 網路攻擊，採取相關資安管理政策或措施，正因此需要各相關政府、社會大眾共同參與，方才能達成事半功倍之效。數位發展部資通安全署自去年（2023年）起 透過舉辦「前瞻資安探索會議」(Advanced Cybersecurity Exploration Conference; ACE)從政策面、管理面上著手辦理各國所面臨共通的資安議題。今年 （2024年）將聚焦討論各國所共同面臨「網路韌性」及「資安治理與政策管理」兩大資安議題。期盼邀請國內、外的官方代表、專家學者的「王牌(ACE)」來共商 討論，以期形塑並凝聚共識，進而形成政策，提升資安防護安全係數。

In today's digital age, cyber communication technology has already been integrated into various aspects of our daily life, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) and the fifth-generation mobile networks (5G) and other technologies. In the face of endless cyber-attacks, the convenience brought by emerging technologies is also accompanied by new threats and challenges to cyber security. Cyber-attacks have become another kind of virtual war, affecting us from personal life to national security. Given the fact of this evolving technology situation, it is necessary for likely-minded countries to adopt relevant cyber security management policies or measures in response to these ever-changing cyber-attacks, which especially can unite all relevant governments and the public to achieve a cybersecurity goal with half the effort. Since 2023, the Administration for Cyber Security, moda has been addressing common cybersecurity issues faced by various countries through the "Advanced Cybersecurity Exploration Conference" (ACE). This initiative takes a policy-oriented and management-focused approach to tackle pressing cybersecurity challenges. For 2024, the conference will center on two critical cybersecurity topics that countries worldwide commonly face: "Cyber Resilience" and "Cybersecurity Risk Governance and Policy Management". We look forward to inviting domestic and foreign official representatives, experts and scholars to the so-called "ACE" to participate and discuss urgent issues in cybersecurity. Through this conference, we try to build a consensus, form a policy, and then increase the safety factor of cybersecurity.
